CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment.

The following applies to no-call/no-shows and cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours’ notice:

Single-Session Tans

50% of the booked service price will be charged to the card on file. If payment declines, the balance must be paid before your next tan.

Packages & Bridal Packages

$30 will be charged to the card on file. If payment declines, one tan will be deducted from your package instead. You will never receive both penalties for the same appointment.

If no tans remain and payment declines, the $30 balance must be paid before your next tan.

Memberships

$30 will be charged to the card on file. If payment declines, the balance must be paid before your next tan.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you’re running late, please call (629) 277-0150. I’ll do my best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and another client is scheduled after you, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service price applies.

CARD ON FILE

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Booking an appointment does not charge your card at that time. Applicable late-cancellation, late-arrival and no-show fees may be charged to the card on file.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. Services, prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable.

PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS

Packages and memberships are for one person and cannot be shared. Appointments are subject to availability. Please review the expiration date and terms of your selected package or membership before purchasing.

You may cancel your membership to stop future renewals. Prepaid services remain non-refundable.

NEW CLIENT OFFER

New clients receive $5 off their first full-priced tan. This offer cannot be combined with discounted tans, packages, memberships or specials.
