PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Online purchase: $840 paid upfront. To arrange split payments with Chelsea: $420 upfront and $420 at the end of the third month. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Prepaid services remain non-refundable. Memberships cannot be shared.
GlossGenius displays 50 booking credits for tracking. Your membership includes unlimited tanning during your membership period, subject to appointment availability. Contact Chelsea if your credits run out. Classic 8-hour, Rapid and Clear solutions are included without an upgrade charge.
NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY
No-call/no-shows and cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours’ notice: $30 charged to the card on file. If payment declines, the balance must be paid before your next tan. Read our full appointment policy.
EACH TAN INCLUDES
Barrier cream, sticky feet, a hairnet, optional disposable undergarments, nose filters and tan tattoos, plus Finishing Powder or Hydration Spray Oil. Face application is available upon request.
PREP
Shave 12–24 hours before; wax 24–48 hours before. Exfoliate 12–24 hours before with an exfoliating mitt or dry brush only. NO salt or sugar scrubs. Read our Prep Instructions + Tips.
Discounted memberships do not receive the $5 new-client discount.
